At White Duck Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
